Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Edge AI Partners collects when you use this website or get in touch with us, how we use it, and the rights you have.

Last updated: 19 October 2026 · Draft for solicitor review

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Edge AI Partners Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17525651. Registered office: 367 Caledonian Road, London, N7 9DQ, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”).

We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at info@edgeaipartners.com.

2. Information we collect

We keep the information we collect to a minimum. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

  • Enquiry details. Your name, company, email address, the service or course you are interested in, any message you send us, and whether you asked to receive our insights, through the contact form or by email.
  • Correspondence. Emails, call notes and other communications between you and us, and any business contact details you share (such as your job title or phone number).
  • Follow-up form answers. If we send you a short Tally form to collect more detail about your enquiry, the answers you choose to give.
  • Technical information. Our website hosting provider may automatically record standard server information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages requested, and the date and time of the request. We use this only for security and to keep the site running.
  • Cookie choice. One first-party cookie that records your cookie preferences. See our Cookie Policy.

This website is for businesses. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information about them.

3. How the contact form works

When you press “Submit enquiry”, the form opens a pre-filled email in the email app on your device, addressed to info@edgeaipartners.com. Our website does not store or transmit what you type into the form. We do not receive anything until you choose to send that email. Once sent, your email is handled by your email provider and ours, under their own privacy terms.

4. How we use your information, and our lawful bases

  • To respond to your enquiry and take steps at your request before entering into a contract (including arranging a call and preparing a proposal). Lawful basis: steps prior to entering into a contract.
  • To run, secure and improve our business and website, and to follow up on enquiries and keep a record of business conversations. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests, which we balance against your rights and interests.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations, such as keeping accounting records. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
  • To send you our insights or other marketing by email, where you have asked us to by ticking the box on the contact form or otherwise. Lawful basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • To set non-essential cookies, if we ever use them. Lawful basis: your consent. The one cookie we set to remember your choice is strictly necessary and does not need consent.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

5. Who we share information with

We only share personal information where we need to, with:

  • Hostinger, which hosts this website and provides our email (including webmail). It may process technical information, such as IP addresses, when you visit the site, and the emails you send us;
  • Google and Microsoft, because we may read and send our Hostinger email through the Gmail and Outlook apps on our phones and computers. Messages handled in those apps are also processed by Google or Microsoft;
  • Tally, which provides the short follow-up forms we may email to people who enquire, and which processes the answers you give on them;
  • analytics providers: we do not currently use any. If we start, we will name the provider here and ask for your consent first;
  • professional advisers, such as accountants, insurers and lawyers;
  • a buyer or successor, if we ever sell or restructure the business, who may only use the information as described in this policy; and
  • regulators, law enforcement or other authorities, where we are required to by law.

These providers may only use the information to provide their services to us.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers may store or process information outside the United Kingdom, for example in the European Economic Area or, for some providers, in other countries. Where that happens, we take steps to make sure your information is protected, for example by relying on UK adequacy regulations or the UK addendum to approved standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry information for as long as is needed to deal with your enquiry and, if we do not go on to work together, for 24 months after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the relationship continues and for the period required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. We then delete or anonymise it. If you ask us to stop sending you insights, we keep your email address on a suppression list so that we do not contact you again.

8. Keeping your information secure

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet, including email, is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information in an initial enquiry.

9. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your information in certain circumstances;
  • ask us to restrict how we use your information in certain circumstances;
  • object to our use of your information where we rely on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time;
  • ask for your information in a portable format, where it applies; and
  • withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

To use any of these rights, email us at info@edgeaipartners.com. We will normally respond within one month.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first at info@edgeaipartners.com with the subject “Privacy complaint”. We will look into it, tell you what we find and what we will do about it, and reply within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at any time: ico.org.uk, telephone 0303 123 1113.

11. Links to other websites

This website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies before sharing information with them.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
