Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website. This statement explains our approach and how to ask for help.

1. Who this applies to

This statement applies to the website at edgeaipartners.com, operated by Edge AI Partners Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17525651. Registered office: 367 Caledonian Road, London, N7 9DQ, United Kingdom.

2. Our standard

We are working to make this website meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The site is built with plain HTML, CSS and a small amount of JavaScript. It includes a “Skip to content” link, a keyboard-operable menu and cookie controls, visible keyboard focus, and a reduced-motion setting that is respected.

The site has not yet had an independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance. We have checked it ourselves (see section 3) and will update this statement as testing continues.

3. Known limitations

What we have checked so far: colour contrast of text and controls; that every page reflows to a screen 320 pixels wide without sideways scrolling; and every page with the axe-core automated accessibility checker (version 4.10.2), at phone and desktop widths, which found no failures. Automated checks find only some problems. What we know about:

  • Contact form. It opens your email app with your message ready to send. If your device has no email app set up, nothing opens, and the page tells you to email info@edgeaipartners.com directly instead.
  • Wide tables. Some tables, for example on the Services page, scroll sideways on small screens.
  • Cycle diagram. The interactive diagram on the How We Work page shows each stage's description in a text panel, and the same text is available as a list. We have not yet tested it with a screen reader.

Still to do: testing with screen readers, a keyboard-only walkthrough of every page, and a check at 200% zoom. If you find a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us.

4. Alternative formats and help

If you cannot use part of this website, or you would like information in another format, such as large print, plain text or a different file type, email info@edgeaipartners.com and tell us what you need and the page concerned. We aim to reply within five working days.

5. Reporting a problem

Please email info@edgeaipartners.com with the page address, what went wrong, and the browser and assistive technology you were using, if you know. If you are not happy with our reply, you can tell us and we will look at it again.

6. Keeping this statement up to date

We will review this statement when we make significant changes to the website, and the date at the top shows when it was last updated.
